Pay fees for a MISDEMEANOR case online using a certified service provided to the public by the Smith County Clerk's office.

A small fee will be charged for using this service. 

Do not submit payments for Probation Fees, JP Cases, Felony Cases, or Family Law cases. Payments that do not have a case number or do not belong to this office will be refunded, not redirected.
