Judge Andy Dunklin

Andy Dunklin was sworn in as the Smith County Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace on January 1, 2019, after serving as Constable for 10 years. 

Dunklin was elected in November, and replaced Justice of the Peace Gary Alfred, who retired on December 31, 2018. Since beginning his law enforcement career in 1978, Dunklin has worked as a county jailer, city police officer, state trooper and state drug enforcement agent.
